Our office is at Leo House on Marol Church Road, in the Marol area of Andheri East, Mumbai.
Marol sits between the Western Express Highway and the Andheri–Kurla Road, close to Marol Naka and the international airport. That central location lets our crews reach the western suburbs, the central line, South Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai quickly.
You're welcome to visit to discuss a large or complicated move in person, especially an office relocation or a long-term storage plan. Please call before you come so the right person is there to meet you.
For most moves, though, you don't need to visit. A phone call or WhatsApp video gives us enough to send you a written quote.

Five checks before you book any mover
Whether you book with us or someone else, these simple checks protect you from the most common moving problems in Mumbai.
First, get the quote in writing, with packing, labour, transport and taxes listed separately. A verbal price is easy to change on moving day. Second, check that the company has a real office address you can visit. Ours is Leo House on Marol Church Road, Andheri East.
Third, read recent reviews on Google and ask friends who have moved lately. Fourth, make sure the quote is based on a survey of your goods, either in person or by video, not just a guess over the phone. Fifth, confirm who your point of contact will be on moving day and save their number.

Help on the day of your move
Once your move is booked, your coordinator becomes your main contact. They call to confirm the crew is on the way, stay in touch while your goods are packed and loaded, and update you during transit.
If something changes on the day, such as the lift being out of order, the society changing its timing or you being stuck in traffic, call your coordinator first. If you can't reach them for any reason, call our office on +91 98225 44244 and we'll pick it up from there.
After delivery, keep the number handy for a few days. If you notice anything about the move that needs our attention, tell us, and we'll respond quickly.

Marol is well connected by road from the Western Express Highway and the Andheri–Kurla Road, and it's close to the Marol Naka area. If you're coming by car, call ahead and we'll help with directions to the building.

No. The pre-move survey, at your home or on a video call, is free, and so is the written quote.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For local moves, 5 to 7 days ahead is usually enough. For intercity moves and month-end dates, contact us 2 to 3 weeks ahead.
